1. What are your shipping methods and charges?
We ship domestic orders via the US Postal Service and international orders via Airmail.
Shipping charges are as follows:
No charge for US shipments
$5.95 per order for Canadian shipments
$14.95 for shipments to European Union countries
Additional shipping options are available for US shipments which you may select as you are ordering through our shopping cart:
FedEx 2-Day: $12.95
FedEx Ground: $3.00
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online orders using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards through our online processing partner, CCNow. All orders are processed through our secure shopping cart using the best and latest encryption technology.
3. Do you accept checks online?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not. However, you may use your Visa or MasterCard debit card to order online. Our secure shopping cart will treat this sale in exactly the same way as a credit card sale. (Of course, funds would be withdrawn from your checking account.)
4. How soon will you ship my order?
Since we manufacture our own apparel and most items are not made until they are ordered, please allow us three (3) working days to ship your order. Note: Please allow up to seven (7) days to make and ship your vest or cummerbund/bow tie set.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn merchandise for thirty (30) days from the date we ship your order. We will refund your purchase price, less shipping, on unworn merchandise for thirty (30) days from the date we ship your order. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please fill out our return form to receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
6. How do I care for my tie, vest, or cummerbund?
Although the fabric itself is machine washable (100% cotton, unless noted), we recommend dry cleaning in order to preserve the color and shape of your tie, vest, or cummerbund.
7. How much longer are your tall-sized ties compared to standard-size ties?
Tall-sized ties are 3 inches longer than a standard-sized tie.
